Ignou — Amount has wrongly been debited

Hi team,

I have funded my wife’s fees amount 2511rs for ba 2nd year via net banking and amount has been debited accordingly from my account.

However as soon as; i have paid my fees amount immediately, i have received a cancellation message from your side but account is still showing respective amount has been deducted from my account.

So moving forward i have tried to contact you guys via phone multiple times however no luck, no one has answered my call.

Can you please resolve my query asap and share the received amount receipt with me asap?

Fees paid date :-5th may 2017 (11:50pm)

Additionally we have already submitted the assignment for b. A 1st year however over site it being shown not submitted, please check it as well.
