Ignou — didn't get the degree original certificate yet

I am rafi shaik, i wrote exams in dec 2017 from ignou, my enrollment no is[protected].. I have cleared all the subjects.. My programme code is b com af.. But i didn't receive any certificate from ignou. I am getting many job opportunities and all are missed because i dont have certificate.. I am attaching my grade card below.. Please help me in this regard..

I was filling my re-registration fork then I paid to ignou 2400rs but WAP PAGE showing erorr then I feel form again they deducted my 2400rs again plizz refund my money
