Ignou — Fee deducted but not form fill up confirmation to be shown

Sir my name is rambha kuamri,, enrollment no[protected],, course code - mdh,,, i filled up term end exam form on 11 april 2017 at around 7:00 am ,, deducted rs. 845/ from my debit card for 7 papers... There is a transaction reference no is...[protected].. After it i checked on exam form status.. Where no any shows my form status is confirmed yet... Please provide me some information about it... What to do my next procedure... Thankyou
