Ignou — Fee refund from ignou

I've cancelled my Admission on 8th Feb, 2023 .
It's been a month ago I haven't received my refund yet!
I've been mailing and calling them but no response they're giving.
I belong to a very poor family. I can't bear this big loss of Rs 3500 .
It's a very big amount for me !
Please help me regarding this.
Kindly help me and refund my fees
