[Resolved]  Ignou — I Received an email of refund but not credit yet

Hello, my name is Abhi Sharma, my control number is [[protected]] Mca_new. I got an email of refund but after checking in account there's no money credit back. My amount is ₹12000.
I got mail on 3 feb and today is 5 Feb still didn't get the refund.
Please look forward to this complaint and help me to get my refund back.
