It's going to be almost one month since I logged my complaint regarding my fee refund, yet I didn't get a single notice or message from their side. It's not just 20 days, but I have waited almost 3 months. Every time I sent an email to their student support account. They would provide me with different types of emails to log my complaint over there. But when I called my regional center in Srinagar, first of all, who pointed the workers? They don't know how to talk to a person above they talked so rudely.. and they even cut my phone call without even finishing my words. Was this information helpful? |
