Ignou — meg updated marksheet not sent till now

Till now ignou has not sent my updated ignou marks sheet. My enrollment no.[protected]. My email... [protected]@gmai.com. Please help me sir, so that i can apply for job using the certificate. I tried calling the helpline numbers of ignou but no one is picking up the phone. Thanks.
