Ignou — No Response from IGNOU on Duplicate Marksheet Request

Respected Sir,

With due respect, I would like inform you that, I had applied for duplicate mark sheets on 18th Feb Delhi, Maiden Garhi also deposited my Draft for same. I completed my Bachelor of Arts from IGNOU in Dec 2004. My Serial Number is 8337 and Enrollment Number is[protected]. I applied through registered mail for duplicate mark sheets with the required payment around one month back but I still didn't receive any response from university. I urgently need duplicates of all Transcript/Mark Sheets for my Bachelor of Arts degree.

I am totally depressed when I am trying to contact to the mentioned phone no on their website most of the time it is busy or no one picking the call.

Kindly help me to get my above mentioned documents as early as possible.
