The order was supposed to be delivered to the recipient, Suman.
On 18 September, the Delhivery delivery executive contacted Suman regarding the delivery. She was unavailable at that time, and the delivery was supposed to be rescheduled for the following day.
However, the parcel was never received by Suman and was subsequently marked as delivered.
IGP shared a Proof of Delivery (POD), but the signature shown in the POD does not belong to either me or the recipient.
I have also not provided any OTP for this delivery.
I have already requested IGP to investigate the matter with Delhivery and the concerned delivery executive.
IGP subsequently informed me that the matter had been escalated to the delivery team and requested 24–48 hours to investigate the issue. After 5 day no action was taken.I would like to add an important update to my ongoing complaint regarding Order #19840157 and Ticket #[protected].
Today, on 22 September, a delivery executive visited the delivery location and asked for a copy of the recipient's Aadhaar card. He stated that this was requested by his office/company as part of their process.
I provided the Aadhaar copy based on his explanation. However, I want to make it absolutely clear that the parcel was NOT delivered to us today, and we have not received the parcel at any point.
The delivery executive also did not hand over the parcel to us.
Since the order is already showing as delivered and the POD previously shared by IGP contains a signature that does not belong to us, I request you to please clarify in writing:
Why was the Aadhaar copy requested and collected?
Was this request officially initiated by IGP or Delhivery?
For what specific purpose will the Aadhaar copy be used?
Will the Aadhaar copy or its details be used as proof that the parcel was received by us?
Please confirm that providing the Aadhaar copy does not mean that we are confirming receipt of the parcel.
Please confirm that the parcel is still considered disputed/not received from our side.
I want to clearly record that I am cooperating with the investigation, but I am NOT confirming that the parcel was delivered or received by me/the recipient.
