Ordered a bouquet worth ₹1100 from IGP.com. The flowers delivered were wilted, discolored, with holes, and completely unusable — straight to the dustbin. This caused me embarrassment as I had to present it to my boss.

Cake undelivered by IGP

I have ordered a cake on the occasion of mother's birthday. Order number 10305071 has not been delivered yet where the website mentions the order has been delivered. Its such a hassle to get hold of the Customers service on call. Sent multiple emails regarding the issue but nothing from there as well. This is like a worst nightmare I have ever seen on such an occasion. Either refund the amount or deliver the cake at the earliest. Utterly disappointed with IGP

This mail is to bring to your notice the kind of cheating and conning of customers being followed by IGP, mumbai.This is the 2nd terrible incident (in a month), faced by me.I had ordered and paid for a bouquet ( 1045/-) for a birthday party. I received the bouquet within the mentioned time slot; but a PATHETIC LOOKING ONE. The flowers and ferns/leaves were OLD, WILTED, BROWN.I immediately wrote to customer care and sent pictures of the INFERIOR QUALITY BOUQUET.The reply I got in return was that we will look into this.After waiting for almost 4 hours, I decided to call customer support. I spoke to Kainat who said she will investigate this and will call me back in half an hour.I did not get any call from her for 1.5 hours!!Instead, I was shocked to see an email saying that IGP is willing to offer 50% of the bouquet cost as an IGP gift card!!! IMAGINE!!! Height of audacity! seriously. I REFUSED TO TAKE THAT AS I KNOW FOR SURE NOW THAT I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP FROM IGP AGAIN. ( Had to go through this 2 times...DONE NOW!!!)
I called up again after 1.5 hours and spoke to shaheena, who PROMISED that the pathetic product will be picked up by 10pm that day (15th March 2023) and that I have to mail or call them again, and only then will my refund be issued.
Since I had to go to the birthday party, I requested my maid to stay over till 10:15pm, in order to return the product.See, the height of "TAKING CUSTOMERS AND THEIR MONEY FOR GRANTED"! Nobody turned up...nor messaged...nor called!!! We were left STRANDED. My maid had to go home late. I had to pay her extra. WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR THAT????Only after I called again today morning and ASKED STERNELY FOR MY MONEY ( Which Farah had 1st denied till monday); DID I GET MY REFUND.
Let's leave the money part for sometime.

Myself Sivakumar.I ordered Truffle Delight Cake (Half Kg) from IGP online on 14.02.2023.I received the cake today with seepage which we assume that the cake was not refrigered properly. Also I opted for same day delivery which costed me additional money. While contacting IGP, I didnt get positive response from their side. I want complete refund. Also I contacted the cake manufacturing shop, They are unwilling to take the cake back and return my refund. Please look into this matter. For me most important is same day delivery as committed by the site which was not fulfilled. From IGP it is falsified statement as they are unable to do same day delivery . IGP customer care service is not replying also.

Order not delivered but shows delivered

I ordered 2 products from Igp.com (their website) on 13.02.2023 and it before I booked, I saw that the item could be delivered on 14.02.2023 to Bangalore.
On 14.02.2023 at 14:00 I got an email from them that my order has been dispatched and delivered, but it wasn't delivered.
On raising a query I got to know from their support team (In my case- Ms. Sara Shaikh) that my item was falsely marked as delivered and that it will be delivered in 2 hours. But it wasn't.
I tried calling them numerous times and wrote emails, but nobody replied.
Now, I have paid for this unprofessional service and I haven't got my product delivered.
I want to sue this company for this behaviour.

Don't use them! Waste of time & money and 100% guaranteed to ruin your celebration. They don't deliver products. They don't know about customs & package clearances at airport. They don't know how to use their system for basic information or updates on your complaints. They will lie to you about processing refunds etc. then tell you to trust them. Don't use them at all

Failure of delivery

The order was placed on 27th May, 2022 with the Order Id 7001879 on www.igp.com and the tentative date was selected as 1st June, 2022. It's 3rd June but it has not been delivered. There were three personalized items carrying pen, diary and keychain. This was to be delivered in two sets with tracking Id [protected] and [protected]. The products were out for delivery. The order has a little mistake in contact number and address was not clearly specified. But address
was updated on 30th May and contact number was updated thrice by 1st June. But the delivery agent is neither contacting the recipient nor the sender/buyer. The sender's contact is given correct since the starting. Around 6-7 calls have been made and 3-4 mails have been sent regarding this issue. They are just giving a false hope but not taking any action.
If the delivery agent is finding any issue with the address he's not contacting any of the given contacts. While asking for the delivery agent's contact so that, i myself contact the agent and guide well about the address, they are not sharing that too. Only a failed delivery is been showing since 30th May but neither the recipient nor the sender/buyer got any call regarding clarification of address if finding problem with the address. The phots of the tracking of the orders are been attached.

I have ordered a birthday cake to my nephew home address on November 5th, 2021 vi order # 5764378. It has been never delivered to date. I called them twice on the same day, they said they will resolve issue within 24 hours but till date nothing happened.
I am expecting a full refund of my order as they ruined our occasion besides not giving any service.

I have order a gift from igp.com on 12th Aug 2021 and scheduled delivery was on 15th Aug 2021. But since mobile there I given was wrong so OTP was not received, so could not delivered it. I have made request multiple times to change mobile number by contacting customer service, every time customer service representative told me that they have updated mobile number and order will be delivered in 24-48 hrs, but till now no update on it. Contacted the delivery (ecom express) customer service as well but they are telling that they haven't received any such requests, you have to contact IGP.com only.

Amount deducted and payment is from Intermesh shopping

I placed order from IGP and the amount as asked to pay from Intermesh shopping instead of IGP UPI.
when it redirected back to IGP page the order wasn't palced and my money was deducted.

Order 2901120 wa scheduled to deliver on 25th july, but on 25th july i got message that order is delayed and still dispatched, and will be delivered on 3rd aug. I requested to cancel the order on 25th july itself. But still order was not canceled. As of now, i got another message that order is shipped and will reach on 10th aug, which is just not acceptable. I wanted my order to be canceled and would like to get full refund. Support hotline is always busy and email on [protected]@igp.com does not provide an response.

poisonous box delivered (rat eaten) chocolates on father's day gift box
I had placed a order with some dry cashew nuts along with chocolates on father's day through igp and blue dart had delivered the courier
First of all there was a wrong commitment and information provided in delivering the parcel stating the consignee didn't pick up the phone and after lot many escalations finally they delivered
But my parents and i were shocked to see in that well packed box, inside a half eaten chocolate (May be by rat) was there and there was a hole in the box which was nicely wrapped by the vendor as if it can't be noticed by anyone
This is not about money but about the kind of product delivered and also kind of playing with the emotions

I had ordered half kg frosty chocolate cake on 11th July, 18 on my cousin's anniversary. The cake which I had ordered and the cake which IGP delivered was completely different from the image which is being shown on there site.Price rates of cakes on this site is also high in comparison to other website. I am attaching image too by which one can easily differentiate.
