Igt Solutions — Irresponsive towards new employee

I was selected for the interview and I also completed onboarding. It took me atleast 3 days also I did onboarding multiple times though I did everything right. The process I was selected for is odigeo. After my induction on 16 of May 2023, we were informed to wait for few days and our training will start. All the other new employees and my friends who have done induction before and after my date of induction have started their training. On the other hand i am left hanging clueless because no one informed or updated me regarding the joining date and when I can start my training. I tried contacting my recruiter from Talentorganizers but my issue was not resolved yet. It's been around 10 days and I'm still waiting while others have already started training. I don't understand why my training has not started while the others who came later after me in the same process have already started. On top of that even my recruiter is not informing me Or updating me anything about the job. This is wasting my time and effort I put through all this. Please resolve my issue.
