My name is Vishakha. I joined IGT Solutions on December 2, 2024, in the Expedia Login process. After completing my training and nesting, I was moved to a different process without proper information. Before the transfer, our manager assured us that nothing would change — which turned out to be misleading.

After the move, I learned that the new process had no PLI or extra pay. When I raised this with HR (Ms. Geetanjali Negi), she said the company can move employees at any time and that I should have asked questions earlier.

From the beginning, Rs. 4, 000 was deducted from my salary without explanation. Though my package was Rs. 26, 000 for an international process, I consistently received only Rs. 24, 000.

In March, due to health issues and relocation, I decided to resign. My manager didn’t support me and even told me not to come to the office on double-pay days if my ID wasn’t working. When I finally submitted my resignation, HR informed me that to receive an acceptance and relieving letter, I would need to pay Rs. 8, 000 — with no clear reason provided.

The Indigo Crew requested all the passengers to deboard the flight from Mysore to Hyderabad around 8;00 pm with a pretend that the flight have some technical glitch and require passengers to deboard to carry on or make the flight ready to fly. After deboarding the flight, they informed that the flight is not in a position to fly and passengers have two options 01. The airline can issue tickets from Banglaore, subject to availability 02. They can cancel the tickets with full refund of fare.

They denied providing any accommodation to stay in the late night and they don't provide any solution to reach Bangalore. They informed that its passengers to look out how to reach the Bangalore Airport.

We are family of 04 members travelling from Waynad, Kerala on a vacation. This is the return journey. The incident wipeout all the happiness and last misery, sorrow and mental agony to me and my family members. My wife is diabetic patient and suffering with other issues like backpain etc., either she may not be in a position to travel by road from Mysore to Bangalore or if travels she have to suffer a lot with medical related complications. We have to report our offices being the next day is working day.

We sought compensation from the airline for their inappropriate and rude behavior by not following the laid down guidelines and making proper alternative arrangements to reach my destination as per reservation.

We sought justice to our sufferings and mental agony.

My name is Vivek Kumar, and I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my experience with IGT Solutions Pvt Ltd. I recently went through an interview process for the Expedia process and was selected as a Process Associate. I have been eagerly awaiting an official confirmation of my employment, but unfortunately, I have encountered significant delays and unfulfilled promises from HR Amit.

To provide you with a brief timeline of events:

On 16th August 2023, I successfully completed the interview process for the Expedia process at IGT Solutions Gurgaon.

HR Amit informed me that I had passed the Versant round and proceeded to the next step.

I was informed that the main Ops round would be conducted virtually, and I was subsequently selected for the position.

As I was working in another organization, I requested some time to serve my notice period and obtain an official confirmation of my selection.

HR Amit agreed to grant me this time, but he asked for my resignation acceptance before providing the offer letter, which I promptly obtained from my current employer.

I was further requested by my current employer to work until 2nd September 2023, which I complied with.

I provided HR Amit with the requested resignation acceptance, but he then asked for address proof, specifically an Aadhaar card and an electricity bill from a location within the company's hiring zone.

I rented a flat, paid the security deposit, and arranged for the Aadhaar card and electricity bill, which I promptly informed HR Amit about.

Address verification failed due to a misunderstanding during the verification call between the landlord and the IGT transportation team.

Since then, HR Amit has been unresponsive, continuously directing me to "connect to your vendor" without providing any updates or official confirmation of my employment.

This situation has left me in a precarious position. I have left my previous job, incurred expenses for the security deposit and relocation, and have been awaiting an official confirmation for over 13 days since leaving my last job.

I would like to point out that HR Amit assured me that if I provided my resignation acceptance and address proof, I would receive the official confirmation. However, it is impossible to complete the address verification process without an official offer letter or joining letter.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in resolving this matter. I have acted in good faith throughout this process and fulfilled all the requirements set by HR Amit. It is disheartening to find myself in this situation due to the lack of communication and unfulfilled promises.

I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with the official confirmation and joining details that I was promised. I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, and I believe it is only fair that I receive the same level of commitment and professionalism from IGT Solutions.

I was selected for the interview and I also completed onboarding. It took me atleast 3 days also I did onboarding multiple times though I did everything right. The process I was selected for is odigeo. After my induction on 16 of May 2023, we were informed to wait for few days and our training will start. All the other new employees and my friends who have done induction before and after my date of induction have started their training. On...

I am writing to bring an incident to your attention that occurred today. My name is Nikita Kataria and I work in the VFS process. I have been working here for the past 5 months and have always performed my duties to the best of my ability.

Today, unfortunately, I was not feeling well due to some health issues, and as a result, my break was extended. My supervisor, Bharti Nautiyal, started shouting at me in front of everyone in a very unprofessional manner. This behavior is not acceptable, and I felt harassed by the incident. I also feel that I am being targeted by my supervisor, and this is causing me distress on a daily basis.

I would like to bring to your attention that I have not received any verbal or written warnings till now, and I have been doing my work in a proper manner. I understand that feedback is important for improvement, but it should be given in a private and professional manner, and not in front of other colleagues.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was not well from 21 till 26 my TL Nishu singh diwakar did not even gave me time to provide my medical and she was continuously harassing me while i was ill to send my medical so I sent her my full body check up reports because at that moment I was under treatment doctor did not gave me any medical. the HR geetanjali negi called me and asked me for medical documentation which I did gave her still she terminated me.
I am chasing them from last 10-12 days no response from there end. they are ignoring my mails after wasting my 1 year. I knew nishu singh diwakar had issue with me this is pure politics

I worked in IGT Gurgaon company for only one month, that was my training period then they fired everyone.
I came to know today that my all previous companies PF was withdrawn by IGT in November 2021.
How can they do this?
Is there is no security?
What action can i take against them now?

This company has sick management and whenever you have some sort of issue no one comes up for help.My Teamleader Rishi is the worst person . He makes every possible efforts to make his teammates life hell. He always makes misuse of his power and do unfair and fraudulent activities against his teammates . I personally have experienced this. He has marked me absent on many occasions when I was present and I have worked the whole shifts.So in my full and final settlement there were 14 LWPs out of which 13 LWPs were marked by him that were false . I only took one Leave that to informed . So I have worked 14 days but paid for only 1 day due to this guy.

This company is located in Gurgaon sector 21 dundahera and really a sick organization to work with people in the management are fool and creepy who only wants money from client, people experienced in travel i would not recommended anyone to work here, they terminate me without any prior notice with a very illogical stupid reason also not provided me 3 months salary and relieving letter.

I have already forwarded this case to labor department of haryana, if i won't get salary for 3 months from this organization i will definitely reach to the CM of haryana and PMO .

Dear Sir,

the Company name called as Inter Globe/ Seven Oceans/ Igloo/ Iglu Technologies and some other names who posted ad in Bangalore's The Times of India Part Time Job section. I called them and a person called Steve who co-ordinates for part time job like travelling to foreign countries and purchase some items with a team of 10 peoples. He asked for Rs.3515 for registration where a code will be generated. I trusted them and paid the money.
Next he sent me one code and told that one Admin will talk to me in detail. One Agarwal called me and told that since this is travel and I need to pay Rs.13500/ for travel Insurance which is refundable he said. so I paid that money to them.
Then they arranged one team leader for me by name Vijay who stays in Bangalore. He called me and confirmed my details for travel to foreign.
After few days he asked me guarantee money of Rs.20, 000 for confirmation which i paid to them. He said its refund amount once i reach Delhi. Vijay called me one day and told to pay 18000 for visa process and finally after lot of arguements I paid 10000. Vijay confirmed the payment and told that I can travel for job. That is the last call he made to me and spoke. Its almost 45 days now after paying Rs.47, 015 to these peoples are never bother to lift my call and if i call from other mobile they disconnect while talking.
Please take a serious action against them. this should not happen to others.

On 29/03/2019 I tried to book flight from chennai to kolkata using online services. First time dueO to any reason the process failed but my account debited by Rs 11882.00 debited even though the booking was put on hold and I received an SMS to book again. I tried again but again booking put on hold. Ultimately the booking confirmed and my account debited again by Rs 16132..00 and Rs 12680.00. However I want refund any two of Rs 11082.00 or 16132.00 or 12680.00. The detail of transactions are shown below

By the way no intimation given by team leader even i have informed that tomorrow i have exam so i have to study i am unable to come well it’s fine but when i saw my details in portal it shows 1.5 days leave has been miss-used and i have get in touch with my team leader although they says that yet you are not at certain time well they won’t allow to let any agent to go in lunch break well everyone is hungry and work for their stomach even they all told to clear time i. Which you are absent even i came on my exam day that they said well i lost my time and for which i already worked but again says that harass that cheat your deficit even what about my 1.5 paid leave and i already worked for that hours

No proper toilet zone only 1 western for over all employes in chennai terable to bad

No overtime money is placed

Even got a call from team leader stating that come and do the work as per shift timing and talking rudely it really hurts a lot

Even if i get a call if customer speaks badly i never hurts

But really this got me very ambersing
Well i agree that i might got delayed but it doesn’t make any sence to call me have a temper on me or commend or demand

Well their is no employer complain box in office welles hated a most need to describe the office in well command if their is satisfactory in employee then how will employers do his work in team and in which system we work it’s very pethetic no keyboarders are working all computers scrab in that we work

Main point we wait for system their is no enough systems for agent well

The time they are wasting are they give any money for that

Indigo airlines does not give students discount to students during holidays, when the students come to home and go back to their colleges.
They have stopped all student discounts wef. 01.04.2018
When i called the tollfree number they said please book under normal fare as the discount has been stopped wef 01.4.2018

The students need discount when they have to travel and not when they are offered a discount, mostly the need it when they have to travel to and from their colleges to their hometown

Hi All, I gave notice period of 30 days on 19th July 2016 however I got selected in MNC so I cut short notice period from 30 to 23 days resignation and relieved on 12th August 2016. Initially they provided me policy letter but company did not provided any thing in written or e-mail that my resignation is accepted and even on requesting they denied for same and asked me to come after 60 days for relieving letter. And I require Resignation acceptance to provide to another company. Now I have to show resignation acceptance in other MNC but I don't have any Acceptance letter and now I am asking it and they are harassing me. Is it a Company policy ? And please advice if any Legal action can be taken against the company

Respected sir/mam It's been 7 months I have waited for PF to be settled and I had applied my PF in the month of July 2014 but I have not got any response from the PF department. As I asked them about my PF they are telling me that the PF department has not received my PF form so please take it as my request and take serious action on my PF settlement I have gone ahead and reapplied my PF form in bangalore indigo office and I have handed over my PF form to HR abhishek and he said tat he will send the form to office. Please see to it the matter is solved as soon as possible because I have many issues and I need my PF settled in my account soon I had enough of patience waiting for these many months for my PF so please make it in first priority basis for settling my PF amount There was lot of inconvenience caused due to this issue

Hi All, I gave instant resignation on 25 September 2014. IGT is best for people who are fresher, but people who have experience they should ignore this company. Coz this company is not for experience people who work hard and want to earn position with their hard work. IGT is a company for those people who know how to do buttering to their superior. People who do not work and do buttering they are promoted but people who are hard working they are ignored and stay in their same position. In IGT, people who are in Management these people are good for nothing. There are people who do nothing but go for a Business visit to different countries and come back. For these people IGT pay their Travel and accommodation. But these people do not bring any business to the company. In IT department there are people who travel for a Business purpose but never brought a business to IGT. But these people says there are many business (Projects) in a pipeline, but never seen those business (Projects) coming out from this pipeline. In IT department - There are people who are good for nothing and they still exist in IGT. They know how to do buttering to their senior. There are many people who join back to IGT, they know this is a company where they can survive. IGT as a Company is GOOD, but the management people is making this company worst to work. These are the people who are making IGT company worst. In the year 2010, there was a mass firing happen almost 80 employees are fired but reason for this is still Unknown.
