[Resolved] Iho- Indian Health Organisation — Cheat and fraud company and a strict investigation should be taken against these company.

Dear Madam/Sir I took a IHO plan on 30th April 2015.The agent/representative convienced us by telling all sort of lies. First he told me that its for all clinic and hospital in mumbai but that was a lie because it was only for their partner hospitals which i came to know later . Second he told me that we are providing plans at discount rate only for today(on 29th April 2015) but that was also a lie and this i came to know when thier representative came to take payment, I asked whats my plan? (i thought it must be a premium or gold plan for discount rate but i was shocked to know the real truth), first of all the representative was not telling then he told that me when i forced him, that it was a freedom plan.I checked their online plan and came to know that freedom plan was at the same rate on their site, so there was no discount at all but they told us a lie. Then on 6th may we cancelled our kit so the repesentative told us that the money will be delieved to us within 14 days but instead of money they delieverd the cards. So we again called the agent who convinenced us but his contact no was off, later it started but always somebdy else was picking up and saying that he was out for lunch or sumthing. We called IHO but always they putted us on hold for minimum 10 mints, then they dont pick up .Later they called us and informed us that we havent cancelled our plans but earlier repressentative told us that it was cancelled and money will be in our account with in 14 days, so these means no communication between them or they are incapable but still running under big coporation . Now they our cutting our 50% hard earned money which we paid for the plans because their policy is 25% money cut on return with in 20days and 50% after 20 days . We cancelled our policy within 7 days but still they are not believing us even when thier own representative told us it was cancelled earlier .WE again cancelled it on 17 may 2015 thats within 20 days .But they are saying that we have cancelled it on 25th may 2015 but thats a lie . Their Representatives are saying do whatever you, go anywhere, do anthing but we wont give you your 50% money back . Madam/Sir plz help us and take some serious action against them we dont want anybdy else to go through these and loose their hard earned money .Different answers from different representative and nobody is believing us .
