[Resolved]  Iho (Indian Health Organization) — IHO is cheating Customers

Hi, I was cheated by IHO about the validity of the coupons which they provided and I have a proof of recorded call with me like what exactly they have explained me on the phone and it is quite opposite in real time and these IHO executives are now telling that, it is not possible to change and whenI ask for cancellation, they are telling that only 50% money will be back to me. So for the mistake of IHO executive, do we need to pay 50% to IHO ? Very Bad and simply we can say, IHO Is cheating customers. Please don't go with IHO. I strongly suggest dont pay the amount without documented terms and conditions. IHO Is cheating customers... Instead of that begging is really dignified job...
