Iho — Miselling of the policy

I had taken an policy almost 1 month back. I hve still not received any welcome documents. Also the policy has been missold. I was informed that on doctor prescription i will get medicines from shop at 40% discount. I was informed that on vaccination i will get 50% off and if I consult any doctor though not registered in IHO will get 50% discount.
