I had registered for IIBF membership in order to appear for JAIIB exam. The amount of Rs.1788 was debited from my account but I never received any mail containing my membership no. and other details. Because of this I couldn't even apply for JAIIB exam. I've been trying to reach out to IIBF help since last 20-25 days but none of the customer care no. are responding. I even tried contacting Mr. Amit who is the incharge for JAIIB/CAIIB but he's not answering. This is the worst customer service I have seen by an educational institute which conducts so many career development exams. I didn't get my money back and I couldn't even appear for the exam because of this. Was this information helpful? |
