Forst of all IIBF is charging 5000 +gst as fees for an exam which is only for increments and not a competitive exam. This is huge amount which should be normalised and moreover patterm of exam is such that people not able to clear and there is no transperancy.
Today i had AFB exam and i reched the centre at 8.17 and they denied me to enter the examination hall as the paper time was 8.30 which disturbed me alot that if in competition exams we are allowed to enter then why here they do so. I request you to take strict action against them.

As per current Admit I went to IMPS college of Engineering to appear before the examination. But I came to know at 13-50 that there was no CAIIB Examination center, then I went to Sunshine Examination Center which is about 6 kms away and just opposite direction situated at Malda Bypass at 2-15 pm. They allowed me to appear, but due to mental agony and harrasment caused due to inefficiency and wrong information by IIBF, I totally failed to qualify the CAIIB Nov-Dec 2022 exam for just want of 2 marks. I have scored in ABM 48, BFM 45 and lastly in Retail Banking 55, though I was prepared well and competent enough to Pass the CAIIB in single attempt this time. I am thinking about whatever legal action can be initiated against IIBF due to harrasment caused for their mis-information only, unless they passed me by giving two marks,
Hope, you will realise the matter that I failed due to their mis-information .

Dear Sir
I have done enrollment for IIBF CAIIB Exam in December 2021, As per your notification of 2021, there should be only 3 exams for clearing the exam...and also i should be getting 4 attempts to clear the exam.
However you have change the pattern now and as per new notification, one has to give 5 exams, changing the syllabus and subjects of the exam.
violating the guidelines issued in the notification of 2021.
I have cleared 2 exams ABM and RURAL BANKING. Left with one EXAM of BFM in which I have got 47 marks . Now I have to give all the three remaining papers as per new syllabus, However as per notification I have to clear 3 papers in 4 attempts. Now the organisation is not complying with its notification.

Please be guided by the information and do justice.

Sir my name is vijay patidar i belong to ratlam sir i had filled the form for iibf exam 1 month back In which I had selected the center (Kasak Academy Namita Agarwal 1202 Bhagat Singh Marg Mhow Indore) and today sir my exam was to be held on 31/10/2022 But when I came to the exam center, the head of the center said that the center is closed, so it's been a long time, you talk to the head and when tight
When I talked to the head, he said that the exam cannot be held now, mail me for the refund. What a joke sir, I prepared for the exam, came so far to give the exam, then all these things happen. If this center was closed, then why is there no show on the website beforehand and no one told us, apart from this the admit card should not be generated.My time and money both was wasted.Sir please give me my refund so that I can fill the form for second time I am a student, I do not have this much money: Sir, I fill this form again and again. I appeared for legal and regulatory aspects of banking on 20.11.22 2rd shift. I got only 44 marks but my estimate was around 46-48, because I found paper as moderate. So kindly revaluate my paper, it will be a great support for me.
I got 57 in PPB and 53 in afb.

But loosing this attempt and my confidence and this exam because of this 1 mark. And next year the paper pattern is changing where no lrab paper. Or kindly give just 1grace mark that I pass the exam. Please consider it.

Have not received jaiib jul-22 certificate since more than 50 days. Lodged query many times still no response till date....

I have applied for Certificate in Risk In Financial Services Level 1 exam on 8th of July 2022 but to my surprise when payment was completed and in invoice it was showing i have paid fee for Certified Credit Professional Exam. I would like to inform you that i have already passed Certified Credit Professional Exam in Dec 2019 and how can they allow me to again apply for an exam if i have already pass, in case we consider scenario if i have selected wrong exam.
In fact in july first week since the day link for payment was opened, i was trying to make payment to apply but always due to some technical glitch in their site and later when it was done but deposited in wrong exam.
I have been following up with this institution from past 3 months and all i have received is your refund will be processed in 1 month but till date its been more than 3 months no refund received.

Not attend complent after 4 day

I have applied for jaiib on 6th...have made the payment but after the payment it doesn't showed anything...I I waited for 10minutes and login then it was showing check after 2 hours...but now it's showing not applied.

I am a Member of IIBF with membership ID[protected]. I wish to apply for JAIIB exam. But every time I try to apply for the exam, a GST RECOVERY amount of Rs 270 is collected from me to proceed. Till now I have paid the GST Recovery amount 3 times. Every time transction is successful but still ask me to pay GST RECOVERY amount. I have sent many Emails to IIBF, but I am getting no response.

Whenever i register iibf membership the amount is debited from my account but not getting membership details to my mail or sms. After two says they refund the amount i dont know the reason why my application is rejected kindly loom into the matter because i wiill apply jaiibexam .

I got 44 marks but expected min. 50 marks.

Sir/Madam today on 03/07/2022 I attempted CAIIB BFM, second shift (11:15-1:15). This was my second attempt and I scored 49 but as far my evaluation of the questions I attempted I should have got 60. Kindly reevaluate the paper or is there any process to be followed for reevaluation. Or kindly provide my reponse sheet.

I have appeared Jaiib PPB paper 3 rd ### on[protected]. I have marked all correct upto my knowledge and prepared for 3 months. This is the last 4 th attempt and surprise I scored only 40. I expected more than 60 . There is no transparency in the exam . Y don't they keep answer sheet open after the examination.

I have appeared for jaiib exam for paper AFM on 12/06/2022. I secured 41 where i prepared well for my examination.

3. I have prepared well for exam and as per my answering towards my examination my expected mark was 60 where i have marked most of the answers correctly but my mark only 41.

I want the answer key of principal exam conducted at June 2022.
Every time I just got 48 49 marks.

I am jaiib candidate and it was my 3rd attempt...in my first attempt in 8.30 slot i reached at centre on 8.45 and exam conduct at 9.00 in my in my second attempt 11am slot starts exam at 11.10 due to some delay in password entry in my third I was late for my exam just for 5 min in 8.30 slot due to the centre is in rural area no sign board of college no people around there to help in guidance of my college centre and at 8.35 gate keepers not allow me to enter inside because observers are not answering there for my entrance inquiry when I inside at 8.40 invigilator not permitted me to take my exam...how punishing is this for me at that moment because I called one my friend her exam is yesterday told me that I am entering at 11.10 and starts her exam at 11.13 if this concession is allowed to one slot then why is happens to me ...if last exm taken on delay then 10 min delay is why for me only...i request a lot to invigilator but they are excusing for biometric closed we can't do anything...why the iibf is not seriously for their exam if others candidate allowed for another slots...and which type of biometric they are asking for when other slots have no biometric...5 min delay cost me to 6 months and are enjoying by 10 to 15 min

According to guidelines i should inform for centre change request at least 45 days before examination and i did mail accordingly but there is no response coming from your side.
As i have been waiting since one and half months for the centre change request and i have also severely mailed with details
Kindly check previous mailbox and see the details with date and consider my centre change request else i have to complain to higher authorities for this reason and you will be responsible for the loss.
