IIBF — Password reset

I, Ms. Sunita Sharma working in Punjab and Maharashtra co-op bank ltd.
I don't remember my password nor recall my registered I'd entered at that time. For last two weeks I am requesting for the same But no one is helping me and as a result I couldn't take part in certificate of Digital banking exam.
