Sir I have applied for a certificate examination Digital Banking course in IIBF Website on 11/12/2021. While doing payment the concerned amount of RS. 1298 has been debited form my account number of canarabank[protected]. But the exam was not applied and I got a mail from IIBF saying that my transaction has failed with
Transaction ID:[protected].Transaction Ref Number:[protected], So I contacted the canarabank for my debited amount, they said that the amount has been credited to SBI account[protected] which been attached to this mail. Plz give me calcification about my debited amount and refund the amount. Was this information helpful? |
