I have raised the request on 21st sept 2020, before last week they arranged the customer retention call, now not sure what is the status. It has already been more than 15 working days, from last 5 days i have been trying to call them on support help line number. But seems they have blocked by number. I have made many calls, after all the relevant selections on IVR, it says call is in que and once it progresses above in the que they are everytime disconnecting the call. 10th Oct i paid another emi, probably they delayed so that another emi can be atleast charged at their "out of world" intrest rate of 9.35 % . Probably they are trying to delay for another month i suppose. Please take this matter as i badly need transfer loan balance to another bank., without forclosure letter the next bank won't sanction any money. They would revise rate of interest when its going up but for reducing it they would ask 5.8k everytime . Most banks do this by default every 6 months .
