I had requested for discontinuation of my airtel bb connection no 4316993 as i have been given a new one no. 4021056.

But i am still receiving message that my old connection will be auto renewed on 12.7.2020.

Please disconnect the old connection as i am advising my bank not to make any payment for that connection with immediate effect.
