Iim Rohtak — Indian Institute Of Management, Rohtak Refund of Fee

I had applied for admission to PGP program 2022-24 and accordingly deposited the Offer Acceptance Amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on 27-April-2022. I had withdrawn the admission as I got admission in a better IIM. I have been writing to them regularly requesting to refund the amount in accordance with AICTE rules framed by the Ministry of HRD but they are not refunding. I got refunds from all other IIMs wherein I had blocked my seat as and when I got chance in a better IIM. AICTE rules clearly states that I am entitled to refund if admission is withdrawn before the session begins.

Now IIM Rohtak has stopped responding to the calls or replying to the emails.
