I bought a flat (Block 20, Vista Daman 6, Flat 604) in 2007 in Rain Tree Park Hyderabad and paid Rs. 30, 000 for sheltered car parking. Soon after buying flat within 6 months I relocated to the USA. I came back last year in 2014 and bought a car. With no sheltered parking my car gets dirty and is exposed to rain and sun. I have not received any communication from the builder IJM regarding any refund of parking charges. I find this CHEATING and would like to file a complaint against IJM India Infrastructure for forcing me to pay the car parking charges (without that they refused to give me possession and keys to the flat). They have not constructed sheltered parking and have not returned me my money. IJM should be paying me the given amount with interest for 7 years.
