The overall construction is very sub-standard.
The walls seep and leak.
The terrace is very badly done.
The doors provided are of very poor quality.
Flooring tiles are of very bad quality.
Cheapest u-pvc windows are provided.
Gate does not work.
The staircase is constructed from scrap materials.
Hardly 3 years old property. But it appears as if it aged for 25 years.
