I had ordered 3 products from ikea a pello chair and 2 bar stools. Out of 3 products pello chair was faulty. So i returned it and asked for a new pello chair. However after more than 2 months they have now delivered 2 bar stools instead of the pello chair. This is after innumerable phone calls that they made. Also they do not write emails and instead call you. Further the price of the chair was more than bar stools. I have raised a complaint about it and asked for a full refund including delivery charges of the pello chair. But there’s no response. Their after sales service is pathetic and do not give any importance to the customers. It’s a global brand but a local carpenter will give a better service then ikea. Was this information helpful? |
