I have brought few items from ikea and they have charged me on the carrying bag which has their company logo.

I ordered a product and paid yesterday. The amount has been deducted from my account but still not received any order confirmation message from seller. The website is not showing any seller contact details and there is no customer care services option.

Unfortunately the left arm of the chair has cracked right on front. Would request replacement of the arm to make it operational.

Well the side arm of the chair has cracked as reflected in the picture. Would appreciate ire placement to make useable please.

Ikea Bangalore charged Rs.20 for a paper bag with their logo on it (visible clear and big logo), which is against the court order in case of Bata (applicable to Indian jurisdiction).this is to be treated as advertising and should not be charged.

Aa per social media and the news no company can sell carry bags which have their logo printed but IKEA sells it at a price

I did my Shopping at IKEA and while billing they charged ₹20/- for a carry bag which had IKEA Branding on it, which shouldn't be the case, if the company branding is there on the carry bag, they should charge for it. Please take this concern.

Ikea Musken wardrobe is built out of poor quality particle board. Wardrobe is not sturdy. Shakes like a pack of cards ready to fall anytime. I have already made a complaint to Ikea asking them to refund. Their customer service is very poor. Complaint number[protected].

IKEA allows return o[censored]npacked items. One of the item may not fit in room so we did not unpack.
As per process from, Ikea verified and accepted to return. They also charged for return shipping. But fro last 3 months, they always say they will come to pick but never picks it up and gives some reason every time.
Unpacked product is occupying space at home. Product money as well as return money is paid.
I don’t know what to do.

I placed an order but even after a week, I didn't get a tax invoice or confirmation in delivery. The customer care number is always busy. Even after waiting for 15 minutes, cannot reach them. The chat feature is also always busy. They dont respond on emails.

I had ordered 3 products from ikea a pello chair and 2 bar stools. Out of 3 products pello chair was faulty. So i returned it and asked for a new pello chair. However after more than 2 months they have now delivered 2 bar stools instead of the pello chair. This is after innumerable phone calls that they made. Also they do not write emails and instead call you. Further the price of the chair was more than bar stools. I have raised a complaint about it and asked for a full refund including delivery charges of the pello chair. But there’s no response. Their after sales service is pathetic and do not give any importance to the customers. It’s a global brand but a local carpenter will give a better service then ikea.
