Ikya Human Capital Solutions — about my date of exit

Sir my name is manish sharma i worked at amazon through ikya payroll 1.5 years. My date of joining is[protected] and my date of exit (Contract ends) is[protected]. Now i want to apply my pf but sir my pf is not applying due to my date of exit is not updated on pf portal. I called at ikya office also at chandigarh. They gave me the number of mr. Darshan singh. But he not picking my call and cut my calls every time. Then i have called again ikya office. They gave me the email id of mr. Darshan singh. I have sent him mail also nregarding this issue but he cannot reply my mail also. Sir now can you tell me that what can i do to claim my pf. My details are as follows:
