I was having issues to withdraw my pf from online portal so I reach to the mumbai office where I was employed. the lady named (Shibangi Nagot) she has the responsibility of pf department, I reach to her that I wanted to withdraw my pf but she further any talk she said (rudely) we don't do offline pf withdrawal because the procedure it takes 6 months for clearance so, you have to withdraw from online. I imagined that she was totally misguiding!
she gave me her email ID and office contact number for any helps if I needed,
on the next day I login to online portal and the pf claim section I saw there was someone else account details showing on my account, after sometimes I login again and there was showing same problem as earlier _you have multiple account and it should be transferred into one account hence claim cannot be approve and if I'm going to transfer my previous account which I withdrawn already it shows your previous and current account are different.
I emailed her for help regarding this issue for 3-4 times but she doesn't replied since 10 days, I had call her on telephone number she once received my call and said call me at 5pm after that she was always busy and didn't receive my calls.
also I had email regarding this on epfo technical support and still waiting for reply.
