Ikya Human Capital Solutions — not responding on phone and mail... name wrong at uan

Ikya make my name wrong at uan portal. And my last date of leave is not mention at uan portal. And uan portal has already updated my aadhar, so i am unable to update my name with my self. And i have sent more then 4 mails (From 30th march) to till ikya regarding above issue but still not getting any response. Phone call is not attending by any customer care.
