Ikya Human Capital Solutions — Old PF account to be merge with New UAN

Dear Ikya team,

I am sachin kumar yadav from raipur.I was the employee of IKYA worked for Vodafone cellular ltd. my ID is A052570.I had been resigned from Vodafone cellular ltd in 2014 but not claimed my EPF amount. Now my humble request is My EPF number KN/46370/48860 to be merge with my new UAN[protected].
It will be very helpful for me of you guys help me to get it done.
One of my salary slip is attached as a proof and to find the details.
