Ikya Human Capital Solutions — pf amount not transferred

Hi,

I have applied for pf transfer from pybom[protected] to aphyd[protected]. The manual form was received by pf office (Hyderabad) on 12th july 2017.
I received a massage from bv – epfoho on 18th july, 17 as ‘your transfer in details for crediting new account has been received and same is under process’.
I confirmed from hyderabad pf office that they have couriered the manual pf transfer form to ikya on 30th july, 2017; but after that hyderabad pf office haven’t received any return form.
I have checked with bommasandra pf office, they confirmed me that ikya have not submitted any pf transfer form.

Please check and let me know why it is not submitted in the bommasandra pf office and how long it will take to process.
