I anil kumar patro, employee id-a192060 is worked with you 05/05/2014 to 31/07/2016.

Issue is i am unable to with draw my pf amount because in unified portal showing unline claim request canot be prossed as:-present employer has not made payment in your pf accoun. And also in unified portal my date of ending is not updated.

Please do the needful as soon as possible…..
