Illegal Dairy — Kindly help asap to remove these Dairies

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area. Dairy owners has made our area in cattle farm. Many Complaints goes to Nagar Nigam Meerut but no response, some persons are coming from Nagar nigam and takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tiedy area.
