Illegal Hawkers — dosa vendor operating illegally

A dosa vendor has been illegally running his business in the evenings at a NON-HAWKING ZONE at Road No. 5, Lokmanya Tilak Nagar, Goregaon (W). What’s more, he’s been operating without hawking license.

This man is severely endangering the safety of the place. There are trees around the area he operates from – you sure understand the potential for fire disaster. Children, senior citizens and people move around there. As you know, there’s St. Thomas Academy School, Gurudwara and Siddharth Hospital nearby. And there are buildings and shops in the vicinity.

Also, his business is creating public nuisance. His customers park vehicles near his joint, thereby narrowing the road. Some spit water near the gates of the building we live in. To have dosa, they place plates on vehicles parked around.

Please initiate action against this man and evict him from the area at the
earliest.
