Illegal Hawkers — Illegal and increasing hawkers

Illegal and increasing number of hawkers on the front of our building is creating issues like parking for resident vehicles and hospital ambulance.
there is a maternity hospital in our building and all the pregnant patients have to face a lot of problems to enter and exit the building.
this causes too much traffic jams on the road as well.
they leave behind litter and trash everyday which is causing too much pest.
the environment has become very unhealthy and unhygienic.
