Imagine — Manipulating customer to sell insurance

I purchased my apple xr from imagine store in feb 2020 sector 35 c, chandigarh. The salesperson asked to buy the insurance of one assist by telling me that it includes 2 time repair and 1 time replacement without me paying any extra charges later. I confirmed again about the payments of repair etc but he denied any. Now when my phone broke, oneassist denied replacement and repair and also asked to take almost half the money of my phone that i purchased just 6 months earlier. They fooled me and i spent more than half a lakh on the phone and insurance.
