Had enrolled my daughter foronline Cibop in apr 22, mr hussain sayyad had done the enrollment. Immediately emi started getting debitted, which went for 3 months, hussain would hardly respond to our calls, sms, or emails. He did twice in 3 months, was finally told course would begin from 14 th of june. To worsen our fears of loosing money for no fault of ours, he did not respond again. Then I found an other method of speaking to your personal and tell them my problem. Fortunately the girl helped me. But I strongly believe that strict and immediate action should be taken on people like hussain sayyad . Please revert back to me after the effect.

    This is Mohamed Shaja I am doing CIBO course in Chennai branch My batch is CIBOP-118 I have Completed level - 1 but the balance 2 level class is not completed because mock interview also outstanding because that time I have selected the SOCGEN S2P Program unfortunately I have rejected the interview so I have informed my placement trainee I need the balance 2 level class and mock interview are completed so I request the trainee balance classes are converted online I send the mails and phone calls also I will try but still not responding could please take action not properly response the placement trainner

      I am called Raghul selvam coimbatore on 10th may 2022.i am paid the amount then everything is completed still I can't receive any offer letter from your side.then he said tomorrow I will check and reply you.but still he not pick my call and not see my WhatsApp chat.then one girl is also there she also not response.kindly arrange for my jobs otherwise refund my amount.these two things is not happened then I am go legal this is my final option

        I did enquiry over the chat facility the the website provided in that i hd asked for course details in return i was asked for my details regarding education exp age . As i told them B.A economics hons, i got response that i m not eligible. How can you say i am not eligible. B.A economics hons that delhi university provide us is totally different from an ordinary BA course. In economics hons DU provides statistics, econometrics, mathematics, research methodology etc type of subject so without having any proper information how can you deny any individual.
        I am hoping an earliest response on what basis you guys are saying BA Is not eligible.

          I have enrolled in imarticus for offline classes but as covid cases spiked they moved it in jan then feb and finally on 7th march the batch started and when i went for the course what they told in the class was completely different from what was being told by the admission counsellor. I didn't knew what to do as i had already paid 10 thousand registration fees, and rest was emi of 85000, and i have paid 40000 of the emi too. I took my decision to not to continue it as it wasn't benefitting me in anyway. The course was also not in par with the expectations. Its been a month that they aren't ready to return my fees. All they want is money.They don't reply to the mails call. All they do is forward to the admission counsellor and he has no idea about anythinh. This bunch of people are making fool out of many people.

            I J.vikas admitted into MBA fintech Nov 2021 batch. I was assured at the time of admission when I refer any of my friends to any course I would get Rs 5000/- as referral bonus and I refer one friend, Even 1st semester exams had completed but till now it was not processed.

              I am al.vicky batch students of cibop 18A.my course guide name is madhu.before I am joining the course once a lot consult with madhu.she said you have a 3 mock that mock will be in English .then I am asking with her English mean want fluency or not.she said don't worry if you manage to answer the question what they ask in English it is enough.then I am believe and start to pay the amount.now in the mock I got below three score.so consult with placement team he said fluency is required that only you not clear the mock.then I am asking with him he said when the student was joining the courses there is lot of miscommunication is going .
              So kindly arrange for job otherwise refund my amount

                Refund of registration fees

                I paid 10k as my registration fees for an Investment banking course in the Chennai branch. Even before taking up the course I refuse to pay until the last moment. Career counselor and HR promised me that they will get me a job in some good company. I dont have proper comm skills. I never know what IB means. All were new to me. Thats why i hesitate to join

                I got a call from Imarticus regarding Cibop course and they told that we promise 100 percent placement guarantee and we will give you all practical training including advance excel and financial modeling. However when I joined the class I came to know the knowledge they provide is literally basic and theoretical and now they haven't completed the course and haven't provided any placement opportunity. I want my money back

                  We were told we would be getting link from placement team to upload our resumes after getting our certificates. But we didn't get the link so we were asked to send mail to the placement team of our centers but even after following up on the emails, there has been no response for weeks. Disappointed. Also, they don't provide hard copy of certificates because of their policy change. That was also another disappointing news.

                    Hello,

                    I registered with Imarticus for CIBOP course and paid ₹15000 as registration fee and remaining ₹85, 000 by Loan via their tie-up company.

                    Later I decided to cancel my registration but they are not ready to refund my registration fee stating non refundable clause which was not explained to me before making the payment.
                    Also they have not confirmed the cancellation due to which I might have to pay the EMI of the loan which was taken for the course.

                    I want them to cancel the registration and confirm loan company about the cancellation also refund my 15000.

                      I don't understand the way they teaching. That's why I want to cancel my loan procedure. And I'm not IT background person. So I request them to cancel my course but they force to complete the course. I want to cancel my loan.

                        Last month for Bangalore location I have referred one Candidate named Gowtham to imarticus counceller sharadh contact no [protected]. I am reaching to him since 20 days to share my invoice for payout but he is not realsponding to my call..

                        Plz look into this issue and resolve me as soon as possible

                            Hi,

                            Myself Kamlesh chauhan and I wanted to enrol for Investment banking program for which we paid 50k and later in next 10 days i got to know that Imarticus team actually enrolled for different program.

                            I have requested team to check on this issue but now they are denying to accept their error and forcing us to go with enrolled program.

                            Hence, I am submitting this complaint either to enrol me for the program which i wanted to pursue or else please process the refund back to me.

                                I want to raise a complaint about the staff RAJ GOYAL from Imarticus. He is extremely rude and unprofessional and did not respond properly to any query the students had about the interviews. He was extremely lethargic and did not mind the emotions of the students. Absolute bad experience with such kind of staffs. ! Such an untrustworthy staff and it makes us hate the institute as well jus Because of the staff!

                                  Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                                  I, Ragini Singhal, D/o Ajay Saroop Gupta had enrolled in the Course : Post Graduate Program for Agile Business Analyst (ISA) Branch : ISA Branch. I had also paid Rs. 25000/- at the time of enrolment.

                                  However after paying the fees and enrolling with imarticus the attitude and functioning of your management has become a huge impediment and for the reasons listed below I would like to convey to Imarticus, the situation and my consequent disappointment and dissatisfaction.

                                  For the past three weeks this course has been functioning in an unclear manner. What has been happening there is no clarity whatsoever. Proper replies and support are missing. I believe people are being selected for mocks depending on who is raising an issue either personally or following up and mailing. Also there is no information on tests. There is no clarity when the placement process will start. It seems to be far away at this pace.

                                  As per the agreement for which I was coerced to sign, the Company was liable to provide training on the Course PG Program in Agile Business Analyst as per the course module. It is evident that the agreement is a one-sided agreement which is kept totally silent with regard to deficiency in service by the Company. However at the time of enrolling for the course I was asked to sign the same as a formality as without which the course would not be commenced. I was also promised proper support and assistance during the course regarding any difficulty, but to the utter dismay just after receiving the amount of Rs. 25, 000/- and signed documents no one bothered to pay any heed to my queries and grievances.

                                  It was a six months course which has not seen its end even after eight months now. As per the Course Module every day was allotted with a particular subject and the course was required to flow in accordance with the same, however there is no proper schedule or timeline being followed.

                                  For the sake of clarity, it is highlighted that one cancelled class sets me back for eight days due to the structure of the weekend course. At the time when I was coerced to sign the Income Sharing Agreement, I was promised that I will be placed in a reputed company with a decent annual package within six months from the commencement of the course. But here I am deprived even of a feeling that I have completed a course let alone placement on the basis of the course.

                                  The course module provides that on Day 18 Mock Interview would be conducted and on Day 19 an Exam would be conducted. It is mentioned that due to ill health and covid cases amongst close family members, I was not able to appear for First Exam, the said fact was duly communicated to the Company through Ms. Kezia. Since then, I have been following up on giving my first exam but to no avail. I have written numerous emails as well as followed up through telephonic communication and requested to reschedule my exam, but every email as well as phone call requests were ignored.

                                  I have not given a single exam and have no confidence in appearing for any interview or exam. It has been almost eight months now and I have no idea or confidence of what we have learnt during this course.

                                  Another important point I would like to highlight is that as per the course module basic minimum attendance of 70% and many other criterias were set and communicated, to be maintained by each student, however there has been no procedure for marking of attendance even, in the absence of which there is no concern whether sufficient students have joined the class or not.

                                  There is no proper response management system. After a doubt is raised or a query is posted, it takes a lifetime for it to be responded to. Even after attending classes there is no clarity of concepts. The administrative support is totally unsatisfactory. Throughout the course I was asked to put queries and doubts through Ms. Kezia who was not at all prompt in replying to queries. I had also messaged Ms. Kezia about my intention of discontinuing with the course and as usual the same was also ignored and not responded to.

                                  Considering the above lapses, I would like to discontinue with the course. I feel that this course has just wasted my precious time which could have been very fruitful had it been used somewhere else. In view of the above I would like to seek a refund of Rs. 25, 000/- paid by me along with interest.

                                  I further reserve my right to pursue legal remedies for seeking compensation for mental agony, harassment by misleading and coercing students with false promises and cheating them.

                                  My list of complaints is much more. This is just a summary of the issues.

                                    I've enrolled for data science program and DL/ML online program at Chennai branch on 26/09/2020 and now my Data Science Course has come to an end and yet I've not recieved superset portal access. Also they charged me for DL/ML but I wasn't enrolled in that program. Now team Imarticus is not helping me with my queries. It is quite disappointing that such a well known institute is a con.
