I have joined for Financial Analysis course on 8 October 2022 and did not find the coaching was worth i paid fees of ₹40, 000, now i have decided to opt out the course. I have just attended two classes, its my humble request kindly initiate my refund asap, i have worked very hard to save this money to put this into some learning but didn’t find it useful. Please intiate refund asap..

I Ashrut Sharma enrolled in the PGA course of Imarticus by the first conversation that you have an option of easy monthly installments but when i paid the amount of 10000 as registration fee they were not able to provide me the emi as my earning is not so good so I asked to refund the money and cancel the admission but they anyhow stretch the time and not refunded the amount yet. initially I explained my financial condition to them and told the amount of 10000 how I arranged that only I know but they are not returning and again and again telling toh ho to website and read the conditions but I need that amount.

I have opt for combo course FAP and CIBOP on offline mode. CIBOP Course is completed but my FAP Course is pending, that i rec'd mail for online class that is totally uncomfortable for me.
I have charged Rs.10000/ extra for offline class.
Kindly arrange offline class me or refund my fees for FAP Course.

I have enrolled for PG program in Data Analytics from Imarticus Learning and paid the registration fees of Rs.10000 10 days back. Now due to an unfortunate medical expense at home I cannot continue to pursue that program and I know that registration amount is non refundable but considering my situation I kindly request you to look into this and help me at the least humanity. Iam writing this not as a complaint but a request to understand my financial situation and help with the refund. I have attached the receipt for Registration amount paid.

I am Vibhanshi Sanganeria from Rajsamand, Rajasthan. In the month of may I applied for the imarticus Post Graduate program in data analytics and machine learning. I also took the scholarship test and got the scholarship. I was constantly in contact with Nisha( sales team) (+[protected]. I wanted to take admission in the Mumbai Andheri branch and had a same conversation with Nisha to take offline admission in that branch. I paid the registration fee of Rs10, 000 thinking that I will get to study offline in andheri branch only. After confirming several time regarding the offline batches in andheri she suddenly told me to take admission in thane region. Now thane and andheri are two different regions and after confirming with Nisha I also took a place for rent and paid my deposit.
Suddenly she started ghosting me and asked me to take it in thane as thane is in maharashtra and is included in mumbai( which she herself mentioned me on the phone that they don't consider thane in mumbai as they both are really far) Even after clear conversations with her she shiftes from her commitment from Andheri branch to thane branch which is not at all fair to me.
Now, I do not wish to do the course in Thane as I am not a native of Mumbai and have already paid the fees for region.
You guys proudly promote your placements being at par with good institutes but if you cant even provide me with the location promised how can I expect you to provide me good placements. This was not at all expected from a such reputed institute.

Rs 10, 000 is a big amount for me and I would like a full refund as it's you guys who are shifting from your commitment and not me.
I tried talking to her but she is just not a person to have a conversation with. Either provide me a reply on this mail or contact me back on phone no. [protected].

Imarticus was given an offer regarding referral bonus if any friend was referred to the program, i referred one friend but till now referral bonus was not given. Even second semester is going to complete.

I am not able to give my final term and mid ter exams due to some technical problem( imarticus learning application is not permitting me to do so)

Since I have 10 yrs of exp, I was not confident on your placement & not interested to take any course. When I raise my concern on this many times, your onboarding team has assured & given promises by saying that “Imarticus will provide placement for every candidate within 3 months irrespective of the experience and also told that having 10 yrs of exp will be added advantage over other candidates in the interview and Imarticus certificate will play an important role in the interview and that’s how every candidate will get placed from Imarticus”.

Still I was not confident on your placement, I personally visited your Koramangala branch in 1st week of July 2021 and met another counsellor Mrs.Ranjitha. Even she also confirmed the same saying that Imarticus will show placements for every candidate within 3 months.
I have completed the FAP-6 in Jan 2022 and still awaiting for placement.

Kindly note that, though I am having financial problems, I believed your team promises and paid hard earned money Rs.50, 000/- believing that your team will assist us in placement, Otherwise I would not have opted this course. Just for certificate no one will pay Rs.50, 000/-.

If you are not sure about placements, you should not have onboarded us by giving false promises. I have been trying to reach your counsellor Mr.Shubham sharma from last three months and the no was continuously switched off.

I have been continuously following up with Bangalore placement team Ms.Brunda and Mr.Manish and they are least bothered to address any concerns and simply reply we are following our Policies. Simply I lost my hard earned money, six months time by believing your fake promises.
Hope someone from Imarticus team will check and resolve the issue.Otherwise i have to further escalate the matter upto higher level.

Had enrolled my daughter foronline Cibop in apr 22, mr hussain sayyad had done the enrollment. Immediately emi started getting debitted, which went for 3 months, hussain would hardly respond to our calls, sms, or emails. He did twice in 3 months, was finally told course would begin from 14 th of june. To worsen our fears of loosing money for no fault of ours, he did not respond again. Then I found an other method of speaking to your personal and tell them my problem. Fortunately the girl helped me. But I strongly believe that strict and immediate action should be taken on people like hussain sayyad . Please revert back to me after the effect.

This is Mohamed Shaja I am doing CIBO course in Chennai branch My batch is CIBOP-118 I have Completed level - 1 but the balance 2 level class is not completed because mock interview also outstanding because that time I have selected the SOCGEN S2P Program unfortunately I have rejected the interview so I have informed my placement trainee I need the balance 2 level class and mock interview are completed so I request the trainee balance classes are converted online I send the mails and phone calls also I will try but still not responding could please take action not properly response the placement trainner

I did enquiry over the chat facility the the website provided in that i hd asked for course details in return i was asked for my details regarding education exp age . As i told them B.A economics hons, i got response that i m not eligible. How can you say i am not eligible. B.A economics hons that delhi university provide us is totally different from an ordinary BA course. In economics hons DU provides statistics, econometrics, mathematics, research methodology etc type of subject so without having any proper information how can you deny any individual.
I am hoping an earliest response on what basis you guys are saying BA Is not eligible.

I have enrolled in imarticus for offline classes but as covid cases spiked they moved it in jan then feb and finally on 7th march the batch started and when i went for the course what they told in the class was completely different from what was being told by the admission counsellor. I didn't knew what to do as i had already paid 10 thousand registration fees, and rest was emi of 85000, and i have paid 40000 of the emi too. I took my decision to not to continue it as it wasn't benefitting me in anyway. The course was also not in par with the expectations. Its been a month that they aren't ready to return my fees. All they want is money.They don't reply to the mails call. All they do is forward to the admission counsellor and he has no idea about anythinh. This bunch of people are making fool out of many people.

I J.vikas admitted into MBA fintech Nov 2021 batch. I was assured at the time of admission when I refer any of my friends to any course I would get Rs 5000/- as referral bonus and I refer one friend, Even 1st semester exams had completed but till now it was not processed.

I am al.vicky batch students of cibop 18A.my course guide name is madhu.before I am joining the course once a lot consult with madhu.she said you have a 3 mock that mock will be in English .then I am asking with her English mean want fluency or not.she said don't worry if you manage to answer the question what they ask in English it is enough.then I am believe and start to pay the amount.now in the mock I got below three score.so consult with placement team he said fluency is required that only you not clear the mock.then I am asking with him he said when the student was joining the courses there is lot of miscommunication is going .
So kindly arrange for job otherwise refund my amount

I paid 10k as my registration fees for an Investment banking course in the Chennai branch. Even before taking up the course I refuse to pay until the last moment. Career counselor and HR promised me that they will get me a job in some good company. I dont have proper comm skills. I never know what IB means. All were new to me. Thats why i hesitate to join

I didn't have much confidence in myself about clearing interviews and learning hard concepts like Investment banking. While checking Investment banking concepts later I feel like IB is not my cup of tea. So I informed MR.Thirumoorthy in imarticus chennai about my decision and he accepted it. However he also confirmed that registration fees can't be refunded.

At the time of payment made, I was informed it was the last day and last 10 mins of registration, Hence I paid a registration fee of 10k at the last minute. they never mentioned that registration fee 10K can't be refunded. they simply asked to send accept in mail immediately. So I did without noticing that refund policy.

We are not a financially well established family. This 10K is huge money for us. I even borrowed this 10K from my relative. It would be so helpful for me if I get back my registration fees.

I got a call from Imarticus regarding Cibop course and they told that we promise 100 percent placement guarantee and we will give you all practical training including advance excel and financial modeling. However when I joined the class I came to know the knowledge they provide is literally basic and theoretical and now they haven't completed the course and haven't provided any placement opportunity. I want my money back
