This is ashwatha I have joined Imarticus on April 30 but my classes started on June 24 after attending 4 classes my father health condition went worse (kidney failure)and he is going under dialysis on July 12 I have informed Imarticus member that I can’t continue this class and I can’t pay my loan due to my father situation after July 12 I did not attend single class .They told that okay you send me the mail I will forward to management After 1 month of follow up and continue mail Thirumoorthy called me said that I can’t cancel it ma. I have cleared explained that we are running out cash so I can’t continue with this course even I have attached my father medical certificate he said that I can escalate this to management wait till August end but on 27/08/2021 we have spoken with tech fino person we had a conference call on that time he is say that i didn’t said like that Thirumoorthy said EVEN YOUR FATHER IS ALIVE BUT MY FATHER IS DEAD. Actually my age 24 BUT HE MAY BE AROUND 30 + how he can compare his life to mine.Humanity has dead. This people are pushing me to the bad thought already I’m half broken. I’m financially dropped down I’m doing my overtime that in night shift to safe my father life. How he can be like that I need answer for this . These people are literally forcing me to what I can’t. I’m in the Situation that whether I need to live or die . Really i can’t pay my loan please cancel . Kindly find the my father medical reports for you reference Actually I have 15000k but I really do not need that money please cancel my loan I’m in worst situation

    I had registered with imarticus in the month of May. I cordinated with Tejas Kadam regarding the admission and paid 10, 000 rs in advance. After attending 2 sessions, I faced a few bad incidents from imarticus cordinator. One of the coordinators screamed at me on call, send informal messages, the other one never helped and replied. The quality of the video recordings were very bad and useless. I emailed Tejas along with the team with proofs and screenshots. Tejas promised me to look into it and to pay my refund money back. I kept following up with him and with Mr Dharmesh Doshi. None of them helped me. Dharmesh doshi kept me on hold and did not receive my calls afterwards when I reached out to him with this issue. I even messaged the MD on LinkedIn, still no luck. I'm here after 4 months, with no luck and no refund money.

      I joined the Batch of data analyst in January And I did not understand in the batch, so I told Damini to change my batch And after the batch change, there was a lock down, after that I was in need money, so I called the loan department and asked them that I want to cancel this loan, then they said you call in Imarticus, there you will be explained the cancellation policy. After that I called in Imarticus, then I talked to Damini Dutta, she said that we do not have any cancellation policy, so I have told her that after deducting your cancellation charge, now you return my money, then he said no. This can not happen. And in the beginning, they made me mad in their counseling department, they said that if you do not understand, then your fee will be returned and they did not tell me anything cancellation policy etc. I want my amount back, this is my humble request from you.Still my stallment is getting cut and I just called them, they neither pickup the call nor any message nor any information and this does not happen in any institute where there is no cancellation policy please refund me my amount please please please this is my hamble request from you other wise i will do police case to me You deduct whatever will be my cancellation amount and return my money to me, I am in great need of money at this time please.

        I had got a call from imarticus stating that I'm eligible for investment banking this call was intiated by sandeep followed by sharavani the total amount for this course is 1, 10, 000 they some how made me convinced as they are very good at convincing and asked me to pay registration amount of 10, 000 as soon as posible they we're very pushy towards money but as I had no money I managed to pay 5000 as registerd amount but due to financial issue I dint wanted to join the course i caled them and said I won't be able to join your couse and this was intimated to them within one month from the date of Registration. But these guys are stating that uer money won't be refunded at any cost. But I have not even provided my details or not even started the course plss help me with this. This imarticus is really a fraud company who is collecting money from peple and cheating all of them

          Hello,

          My name is G MADHU SUDHAN. I had paid 5000 rupess for the registration in imarticus learning for investment banking course . After the payment of 5k not able to pay the remaining money for some financial reasons . I said I'll join after 3 months . I asked for the refund and they said it will be credited to your account and I had a payment proof . They received my all documents for the registration. There is no information from them. This is definitely not fair to do like this. It's been almost 10 days. Kindly look into it as soon as possible. The payment was happened in Hyderabad, Gachebowli branch and my councellor is sreelekha and guided by sandeep sir.

            I have joined Imarticus learning on November 2020 for a one month Training by paying Rs. 10, 000/_(Ten thousand) Mr. Vikram assured me that I will be placed for sure in Society General and he said there is only one round of interview and you have been selected in it. But that is not the real case there was another interview in which I have been rejected. When i contact him he didn't pick my call and I informed Mr.Thirumoorthy that I have been rejected he says we can't do anything but at first he also said incase you are not been placed in Society General we will give you multiple offers. Is this your company dignity ? Please refund my money, I want my money back.

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              Imarticus Learning they sound to be very professional and reputed organisation
              But they do FRAUD!!!

              But they do fraud with students
              I called them for a course (PGP in Data Analytics) to just inquire about the course
              They called me several times a day
              To get me enrolled, i made them clear in the very starting that i am waiting for my
              Competitive exams results and will plan accordingly.
              They said me that i can block my seat paying registration fees as ₹20, 000
              And can ask for the refund once i got selected.
              In about a week, i made them clear that i got selected and want the refund
              And now its been a month they are making fool out of me, they are not refunding my money
              ₹20000 rupees is not a small amount and that too it was my saving, the money of my hardwork which i earned from my Job.
              Very cleverly they made me pay ₹20, 000 and now they are faking their words
              Such a FRAUD!!!

              I want my money back
              ₹20, 000 is a big amount for my family i cannot afford it
              No one can ever grow on someone else money
              Please help !!!

                I had registered myself for CIBOP & Data Analysis course in the month of December 2020 by paying Rs 5000/- However, due to some personal reasons in the month of December only I requested for the cancellation but I believe they have ignored my request knowing, disbursed my education loan by misguided me and now asking for the loan payment.
                I'm getting calls from the financers and my CIBIL getting bad.

                Kindly contact to the Thane Branch Head Mr Swapnil Sawant, the senseless councillor Vinodini Palraje and Mr Eshwar from TechFino Finance.

                And help me to close my application peacefully.

                    Description of incident: I enrolled into Imarticus Learning's 'Prodegree in Financial Analysis' offering on October 18, 2020. I was promised by the onboarding executive that the enrolled program is to commence on November 07, 2020. However, even after passage of two weeks since the promised date of commencement, I am yet to receive any confirmation regarding the same. I have raised my grievances via call, email and the in-website portal; however, no action has been taken.

                    Desirable resolution of compliant: I request a full refund of monies paid at the earliest.

                      Imarticus learning .. I enrolled there for data science PGAA course that costed 1.5lac he told me I can do kpmg + pgaa course in 1.5 lac.
                      As soon as my invoice went for 10k rupees they stopped assisting me

                      I was the person who was calling them every day
                      1 mam please send me exam link
                      2 mam please tell my marks
                      3 mam please arrange my interview for what they haven't called me from 4 days and explaining...

                      Cancellation and refund

                      I enrolled for the course of investment banking due to some financial issue I decided to cancel and tried to call multiple times to your staff but didn't get any respond from your side now it's high time as I already paid initial amount of rs5000 I want it back as after taking this course within a 2 or 3 weeks I informed about it yet not received any call msg nothing....

                      From the last 2 month, I am asking for refund my amount. I received a mail saying that amount will be refunded at the end of September of the month but not refunded yet and people are not responding to my mail.

                      This is the last public forum where I am complaining about the unprofessional behaviour of imarticus learning. It looks like a complete case of fraud. If I did not receive my refund...

                      I took admission in fap pre covid and after 3-4 lectures our batch stopped due to lockdown.in the meantime i had to take rigorous follow-ups for even a small update regarding opening of class. I am now shifted to online mode but now i have to take follow up for recorded sessions as i missed 2 lectures in between. My counselor is being unresponsive over call, mail and messages.

                      There is fees difference as i shifted from classroom to online and i was communicated that an update will be given in 5 days but after a week no update has been received.

                      They provided central team and escalations email id but today i found out that they are incorrect as mail bounced back to me.

                      Guys i am still waiting for a resolution. Please support i paid fees EMI during financial crunch during lockdown and now i am stuck up with no one taking responsibility. If you guys do not want to train please let me know that as well so i can enroll at other institute and get my career started! It is saddening to see such an experience with such a big institute

                        I have enrolled for the cibop course. Unfortunately due to financial problem, i have informed even before the course has started that i shall not be able to continue the course. I requested for a refund and there is a same response from your side that i shall be receiving a call. Till now i have never received a call. As requested, i paid 5000rs as initial payment which is my total savings and hard earned money. Please kindly someone give me a call and listen to my problems and then initiate refund.

                        My daughter has enrolled for cibop in April 22, monthly installments from our account started getting debitted, but no signal of starting the course. Mr Hussain sayyed was the person who had done the enrollment. When tried to contact him, would give excuses. Later stopped responding to our calls, sms, and email. Such an irresponsible person. Such people spoil the reputation of this Institute. I request the Institute to act precisely with such people. I have been sending mails to [protected]@imarticus since yesterday and there is no response. Where is the Greivience cell, who listens and resloves such issues? If there is no such facility with you, Institute will not run long.

                          I have done registration for course which i wanted to do...they called me day and night but any how i convinced and made registration ..but after making payment they are changing their words ..my course is not started yet and i called so many times to them ...i wrote mails too but now they dont even respond... and because of it i do not want to start my course ..i made transaction of 10, 000/- on 18 nov 2019 Transaction ID : 1736 ..please refund my money asap.

                          All people who called me .starting from taking payment till today ..no one Is reponding ( jayesh waghela, akshaya patil, ahmer khan, sunny, and recently[protected] i talked with Mr. bhusan soni told me that he is senior person.. he will resolve my problem and ask me to wait till tomorrow[protected] ..and now again he is telling to wait till tom..and as per our today conversation he dont know what is my problem ..this kind of staff they are having ...bhusan did’nt give me any answer of my question...

                          They all people are just making fool..they just cheated us ...plz help me

                            This is regarding the initial payment that i have made (10k) for data scientist course at imarticus.
                            It has been almost 2 month since i made the payment and had gone through so many issues and inconvenience which i discussed with you today and which is why i want to take my name of the list and want my money back.

                            As you said, i have mentioned each of the issue that i have come across.
