    Date of incident: October 18, 2020

    Description of incident: I enrolled into Imarticus Learning's 'Prodegree in Financial Analysis' offering on October 18, 2020. I was promised by the onboarding executive that the enrolled program is to commence on November 07, 2020. However, even after passage of two weeks since the promised date of commencement, I am yet to receive any confirmation regarding the same. I have raised my grievances via call, email and the in-website portal; however, no action has been taken.

    Desirable resolution of compliant: I request a full refund of monies paid at the earliest.

      Hi Imarticus Learning,

      From the last 2 month, I am asking for refund my amount. I received a mail saying that amount will be refunded at the end of September of the month but not refunded yet and people are not responding to my mail.

      This is the last public forum where I am complaining about the unprofessional behaviour of imarticus learning. It looks like a complete case of fraud. If I did not receive my refund at the end 6th October 2020. I will file a legal complaint to consumer court for the fraud you people are doing. If you think you people are above law then keep my money.

      And yes I am not requesting you, people, now because I requested enough I am asking you to refund as soon as possible. If you believe in Indian Law.

      Its amazing I shared you my Reference No and attendance id but you do not have anything. I already made a legal complaint with proofs. No need to call me. I know how to handle fraud organisation like yours. Its not about 10000. Its not a big amount for me. Its a fraud case and I not only want my money and will also expose you people and also it is not feedback. Its about irregularities. You making people fool by selling big dream. Taking money and not returning back. All the best. Now Government will handle you.

        I took admission in fap pre covid and after 3-4 lectures our batch stopped due to lockdown.in the meantime i had to take rigorous follow-ups for even a small update regarding opening of class. I am now shifted to online mode but now i have to take follow up for recorded sessions as i missed 2 lectures in between. My counselor is being unresponsive over call, mail and messages.

        There is fees difference as i shifted from classroom to online and i was communicated that an update will be given in 5 days but after a week no update has been received.

        They provided central team and escalations email id but today i found out that they are incorrect as mail bounced back to me.

          I have enrolled for the cibop course. Unfortunately due to financial problem, i have informed even before the course has started that i shall not be able to continue the course. I requested for a refund and there is a same response from your side that i shall be receiving a call. Till now i have never received a call. As requested, i paid 5000rs as initial payment which is my total savings and hard earned money. Please kindly someone give me a call and listen to my problems and then initiate refund.

          My daughter has enrolled for cibop in April 22, monthly installments from our account started getting debitted, but no signal of starting the course. Mr Hussain sayyed was the person who had done the enrollment. When tried to contact him, would give excuses. Later stopped responding to our calls, sms, and email. Such an irresponsible person. Such people spoil the reputation of this Institute. I request the Institute to act precisely with such people. I have been sending mails to [protected]@imarticus since yesterday and there is no response. Where is the Greivience cell, who listens and resloves such issues? If there is no such facility with you, Institute will not run long.

            I have done registration for course which i wanted to do...they called me day and night but any how i convinced and made registration ..but after making payment they are changing their words ..my course is not started yet and i called so many times to them ...i wrote mails too but now they dont even respond... and because of it i do not want to start my course ..i made transaction of 10, 000/- on 18 nov 2019 Transaction ID : 1736 ..please refund my money asap.

            All people who called me .starting from taking payment till today ..no one Is reponding ( jayesh waghela, akshaya patil, ahmer khan, sunny, and recently[protected] i talked with Mr. bhusan soni told me that he is senior person.. he will resolve my problem and ask me to wait till tomorrow[protected] ..and now again he is telling to wait till tom..and as per our today conversation he dont know what is my problem ..this kind of staff they are having ...bhusan did’nt give me any answer of my question...

            I want my money back
            They all people are just making fool..they just cheated us ...plz help me

              I was offered inappropriate program. Inspte of me highlighting what my expectations were & that the program dint meet my expectations on the very first day no actions were taken. The counciller chandrika hasnt been helpful at all, she is neither assisting nor guiding me in the direction of someone who can process the refund. I have been chasing for almost 5 months now.

                I observed many times, they conduct client calls and don't move with next steps. In reality, once we clear the interview they send someone from their team with our name to client place and maintain these guys by paying monthly salaries

                The institues get the services from the trainers but they do not pay to the trainer after the training is done.

                They follow below tactics:

                They will not release any formal Purchase Order.

                They will not take any formal feedback from the students.

                After taking 2-3 days training from the trainer, they will tell that since students are not satisfied, you don't need to continue.

                - They always have a trainer ready who will takover the training after its discontinued from your side.

                - They will tell you that the entire session has been hunged up due to your non-performance but in reality that is not the case.

                If trainer asks about the payment they will not respond properly.

                If trainer requests to communicate with the students for the feedback then they will never allow that.

                Since many trainers are already working in other companies and they do not want to disclose that they are giving these kind of training, they keep quite.

                If anyone of you have been the victim of these kind of frauds, then let me know. I will tell you the ways how to deal with it.

                There are many tips which you need to follow to tackle this.

                  I enrolled for imarticus e learning course in january. Firstly, when convincing about the ciurse, they will call you multiple times a day and will not let you breathe until you pay the fees. After that, ni deadline ever matters.
                  They are not at all punctual and will give you n no of reason for not meeting deadlines.
                  I have paid 15000 as token amount for the course. I withdrew from course before it commenced.
                  They lied about batch start date and told me i need to pay the fees since thee class starts from january 26 and they could not arrange the batch even till february mid, the time i withdrew.

                  I withdrew due to my professional commitment and asked for refund. No satisfactory reply is provided till now about how they will process the refund.

                  They are highly unstructured and waste of time and money.

                  I request you to please help me out to get my refund.

                    Poor management both at top level and mid management.
                    One can find a lot of nepotism around. Too many mid level managers who are "yes boss" type and do not challenge the status quo.
                    The culture in several teams is a stinker and it stems down from the vertical heads who are too young and immature to lead teams.
                    It is a standard practice by the top and the middle management to pass the blame below and fire employees basis "performance".
                    Too many people in managerial positions and having very little knowledge about the industry. People in the system for a long time are lackadaisical and have a lot of power.
                    Management pls think about the problem you are trying to solve and you will understand why certain things don't work.
                    Stop fooling yourself and other stakeholders through unreliable metrics. Some of the top management is hardly seen to be working.
                    It seems like they come to do some phone calls in the organisation. If you care about education and think it is a serious business, stop fooling learners and set clear expectations about what the program offers. Talk to mid management and the teams to realise the problems faced on the ground.
                    Try to get in more outsiders in the system especially at top leadership level to resolve the current mess.
                    Carefully analyse why some of the top talent and passionate employees have left the organisation (This is excluding the lay-offs)

                      I was appointed as a tutor and i took 2 lectures on 6th and 7th august 2018 at thane branch. They promised to make the payment of those lectures after a month and is still not done inspire of several reminders through mails /calls/whatsapp.
                      The concerned person at thane branch is not even bothered to reply. I have to contact their headoffice each day to get the status. But every time i reach them that make a false promise saying it will be done.
                      Kindly help me out.

                            My name is pankaj jha from dsp05. They promised about job and hence gave them 70k in one go. They did not teach anything of value and hence feeling cheated. I cannot sit in any interview based on their teaching. I may be wrong, but how can 31 people be wrong at same time. 19 people left the batch as they had paid 20k and did not wanted to waste 50k as well. The other 12 were left with no option but to continue. We were promised live projects, so that atleast we could find job on our own. Live projects never happened. All happened was fake promise. Entire dsp05 is feeling cheated. I guess it might be sentiment of other batches as well.

                              Hi my name is anil manchanda and i had enrolled in your imarticus gurgaon center last year december and the batch started for us in february 2018 this year, i enrolled to dsp -05 and was committed about getting good theoretical as well as practical knowledge about data science but it has been 6 months we the whole group are suffering from false commitments as we were promised live projects after evry module and a test after every module but were not given thesse things as the trainers were also in a rush to just complete the hours of their training and after 6 months i am not able to do any kind of data analysis on big data files. We had complained these thing to arti dhingra the coordinator of gurgaon center then also the things never simplified, and have paid 70k for this course like the course was available for half this amount in other centres as well but enrolled to your imarticus just for its brand value but i am highly disappointed with such kind of mis - management from your side. Now i just want my money to be refunded coz i was promised that the course would be started again and i can again sit in the new session but that promise is also not delivered and it's been 1 month no action is been taken by your coordinators, teachers or any one from your imarticus

                                  My experience with imarticus learning was decent.
                                  The theoretical concept during the classes are practically connected with live examples.
                                  There is individual attention to every student.
                                  This is the training institute to kick start your career in finance.
                                  Friendly environment at class. Those who really want to do their career in investment banking this is the platform.
                                  Regular doubts solving sessions are sometimes are boring.

                                    I saw your imarticus advertisement in facebook then i came thane brach office for enquiry so meet with kadambari she handovered me to swapnil.
                                    I already cleared about my qualification t. Y. Bcom then i want to do related course like financial analyst or accounts related course he suggested me data science prodegree course so i agreed with him after that i attended a two lectures like coding with some formula not able understand then all students are from it background and i am alone from commerce background.
                                    So kindly pay back to me 5000 rs which was on registration fees because i already cleared that provide suitable course to me.
                                    Which is totally wrong they said we not able refund this amount or you can do another investment banking course 85000 cost.
                                    It is not fair to doing with students trusting.

                                      Fake institute regarding placements the counselling person there named sharmila, she is just a fake lady always laughs will say all unwanted things only she doesnt know technical itself if we ask any doubts she will avoid our call hence ensured me placement but didnt give, fee also she will not give any discount but she will speak like as thought she will give 100% placement please guys dont trust these kinds of institutes and pay a lot kindly analyse and join if you value your money. Now i got job in someother field only with the help of my friend. I wasted my money and interest by doing the course there.

                                        Hi sir/maidam,

                                        This is rahul sharma and i want you to make a necessary action against imarticus learning pvt ltd.
                                        Ive referred my friend to imarticus for which they had promised me that they will give me referral incentive.
                                        This has been now approximately 2 months and still i have not received any acknowledgement from them.

                                        Have visited there head office 4 times however they are just delaying the payment with false promise.

                                        Please sir/ maidam i urge you to take a necessary action against them.
