I wish to lodge a complaint against Imarticus Learning for unfair practices and failure to process my cancellation request.
I registered for ACCA programm in imarticus learning (online mode)
My education loan was approved on 11 April 2026, and the admission/payment process was completed on the same day iteslf. The loan was done via third party (which I was not told earlier)
Imarticus sent me the cancellation policy only on 13 April 2026, after the loan approval and payment process had already been completed. The policy was never explained or disclosed to me beforehand.
My counsellor merely instructed me to reply "I agree" to an email. I did so without being informed that the email contained the cancellation policy or understanding its implications.
I attended only 2.5 lectures in total, left the third lecture midway, and requested cancellation at a very early stage through calls and later through written communication on 19 April 2026. Batch was started on 18april 2026
Despite attending only a negligible portion of the course, my cancellation has not been processed. I have sent approximately 10 emails and made several calls, but either received no response or only auto-generated tickets promising a reply within 24 hours.
My counsellor initially assured me that an update would be provided but later stopped answering my calls and did not respond to my messages despite seeing them.
I have been left liable for an education loan even though I sought cancellation promptly after attending only 2.5 lectures and before deriving any substantial benefit from the course.
I respectfully request that Imarticus Learning be directed to immediately process my cancellation request, provide written confirmation, and coordinate with the loan provider to resolve the loan-related issues as soon as possible
