This complaint is to report the extremely callous attitude shown by one of the employees, Ms. Nehal Joshi, from the Imarticus finance team.

I am a student of the Professional Certification course in Supply chain Management - Batch 5 and have opted for an educational loan to pay the fees, for which I was directed to a loan provider by the name of TCPL (Techfino capital Pvt. Ltd.) by the Imarticus team at the time...

As someone who has taken a data analysis and machine learning course at Imarticus, I want to share my experience to help others avoid being fooled by their marketing tactics. Firstly, the course content was not up to date and missed many important topics, such as window functions, stored procedures, CTE, and others. Hi my name is Pranita Dhamale I am student in your Imracutus institute in Thane location for PG course. My counselor Sanjana asked me to pay 225000/- which I have done. I asked her to reduce my fees she refused and said its not possible. I Haverford one of my freind for same course and you guys offer him 140000 which is almost 85000/- rs difference. I paid 10, 000 as registeration fee and it was mentioned it is refundable.. I didn't even attend a single class except demo and they took my money for free and while registeration it is mentioned as refundable and the person who said this is saying he left his company and now an ex employee.. How irresponsible.. Even if he left the company my money is mine right? And how unfair.. To take 10, 000 from a jobless student for free. Hope they...

I had taken admission in investment banking course by paying rupees 10000. But now I do not want to continue th course as my father has met with an accident and my family is going through financial problem. I had informed this to the executive Suman & Waseeha but they are saying the fees is not refundable. It was not informed to me before admission. I have taken admission through one of your counsellors naveen who sit at Imarticus jaipur location at the time of admission he promised me that if anything happens he will refund my money (10000 rs)and cancel the registration he said you just take admission and pay registration amount and cancel registration whenever you want to cancel without any problem i was saying company will make it an issue but naveen was saying all company...

As I have seen plenty reviews that imarticus is fraud and they whatsap that we have walk in drive with big companies then after they will trap u very badly. I found out about imarticus online and was interested in their web development course, so I got in touch with someone named chaithra from there. She required me to pay 10, 000 rupees out of the total fee of 90, 000. After that, I called chaithra, but she didn't answer for two days. When someone from imarticus answered, they said chaithra had left the company. Later, when I called to inquire about the date and timing of the course they didn't...

I'm Ragavi, I got to know about imarticus through a friend...he gave me a number...I called raji mam(+[protected], she guided me to join the course...I took it as online course...I told her...I'm working in a bank...I will not b able to attend the classes...she told me u can see the class in lms...all the class will b recorded...all payment were made...she told me to pay in installments or she told she can avail education loan for me...education...

I took admission by paying advance registration fees of ₹29500, but company delayed program for 40days without any valid reason and information. Also their program is very basic with no practical exposure. Teaching methodology of their faculty is very poor. Mr. kalpak don't know how to teach, reading just line to line PPT is not considered as good teaching.
Their Digital marketing faculty, Mr. Nitesh himself is not aware of latest...

I would like to inform that i took an admission in Iim lucknow program i did a payment if 23128 on 23 September and payment of 63436 on 29 october.
i was told that ur classes will start.But i was exitted from the very first class .Kirti dohrey was my counseller.She just took the money and after that not bothered about anything.I am continuously coordinating with your staff members but no response given.Extremely devastating services...

Ur lucknow branch employee had told me to get trust on me and give 5000rs. later on after 2 days, i[censored] not take admission, the money i wil refund you on my behalf..
now she is not returning my money..
please return my amount back and why she has told me lie to return back my money and taken only 5000 rs instead of 10000rs. for booking the slot on behalf of 31 oct offer..

I have gone imarticus learning lucknow branch, , there employee have told me the offer of 1.6 lakh discounted fees of data analytics course. and told me that only upto 31 oct this offer is valid and thereby it is of 2.2 lakhs.
i said no to take admission because of fees issue.
later on, on whatsapp one employee have told me that please do trust on me and give 5000 rs. i will book the slot for u on 31 oct.. and i[censored] dont want...

I’m Obukeerthiga k from Chennai, enrolled in cibop course (batch CIBOP 33)in February.I couldn’t continue course in between for last one and half months, which is 3 months course due to my health issue.Therefore I couldn’t get certified. So, I applied for EMI detection stopping for this course. But you(Imarticus) denied my request and you detecting money monthly on my account.I can’t pay for the course which I didn’t...

I have registered for CIBOP COURSE in Andheri branch the co-ordinator name Jyoti Gohil is not even receiving call or reverting back via any mail there have been multiple problems face by me about referal amount, fees, faculty, timing, all things are just said nothing had been delivered properly once fees is paid no one will then call you ya support just for there benifits they will work this whole time .
