Imarticus Learning — Complaint against CP branch New Delhi

I was enrolled for morning batch of PGFA course i.e, 12-04PM in the month of July for Aug batch. Regardless of multiple calls to Ms Chandhni ( CP branch - New Delhi) in the month September she confirmed there is no availability of morning batch. Though I had cleared this thing at the time of admission itself that I am only comfortable for morning batch, and she confirmed we will be providing you morning batch. But as stated above she denied in September that there will be only evening batch.

So, I emailed Ms Chandhni that I don’t want to continue as I had already conveyed this to her at the time of admission, that I would like to join this course only if there is availability of morning batch, which she confirmed at the time of admission. So since then after multiple calls she says only one thing that I had raised your request with management and didn’t received any response yet.

This is really annoying that at the time of admission they lied just to take admission and post that they denied.

So, I request you to take some action against this and refund 10, 000 Rs which I paid to Imarticals on 30th July 23 in respect of PGFA Registration fees.
