Imarticus Learning — Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of Registration Fee CIBOP Course

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the organizers of the CIBOP course regarding the non-refund of my registration fee of ₹10, 000. I had paid this amount on 30th June 2025 for enrollment. As per their stated policy, refund requests made within 45 days of the course start date are eligible for reimbursement. I submitted my refund request well within this time frame.
Due to a sudden financial crisis and a tragic bereavement in my family, I am unable to pursue the course. Despite clearly conveying these circumstances, my request has been denied without justification. I also attempted to contact the representative who collected the registration amount, but he has stopped responding to my calls and messages. I request the Consumer Authority to kindly intervene and direct the concerned institution to process my refund at the earliest. I am enclosing relevant documentation including the payment proof, refund request, and communication records for your reference.
