Imarticus Learning — Imarticus Learning Fake promises, hidden facts and lies and not dealing properly and threatening

Imarticus learning .. I enrolled there for Machine Learning course in 2021 that costed 1.65lac. I told the admission counsellor that I will do the course only if they provide placement assistance. The placement head Mr. Manish talked to me and convinced that I would get the desired opportunities since I already had 7 years of experiece at the time of joining the course.

As soon as the course completed, no placement assistance was there. Even the opportunities that came were for freshers or interns. I wrote multiple emails to them . No response on he mails except they asked for my resume and did nothing. Did not have even a single opportunity for placement.
I got to know from their higher officials that Imarticus soes not provide placements to experienced people. Only fresher and intern opportunities are there.
I was enrolled on the basis of fake information they provided. Not just me, the entire batch is not placed and feeling helpless since they do not respond. We have paid hefty amount for the course 165000 (1 lakh 65 thousand).
I have enough evidences to prove their unsatifactory services and specially not responding to mails or calls is a culture at Imarticus.

Please help me get the full refund of the amount. Such companies should pay for doing such big frauds in the name of education. On top of that they have been mentally haraasing me now by everytime giving me the next date whenever I call them. They say they will tell me after few days. And it has been more than an year since I started chasing them

3 mam please arrange my interview for what they haven't called me from 4 days and explaining me on mail that they called me 4 times for interview . Nowhere in my call history it is there that they called me 4 times

Before making transaction of 10k rupees I asked him 2 3 times is it refundable he told me yes and explained me the process that a cancelled cheque will be there.

Now they are telling me fees is not refundable .
Why I'm getting this news after my transaction .
I have not taken any class or demo class .
Over the mail they are lying like they have called me for interview 4 times but my call history says something else.

I want my refund as it was promised to me over the call .. I have phone recording too.

Later they were finding loop holes, they threaten me to take strict action against me for mentioning name. They threaten me for mailing me many times.

Their staff treated so poorly when I asked for the money . This is completely a fraud . Hiding information and taking my money and not giving back .
