Imarticus Learning — Loan and admission cancellation

I am a student of imarticus learning just enrolled due to some reasons I want to cancel my admission and the payment was made through the loan and the loan was offer by the partner of company Akshar fees and I got the loan my classes where from Feb but they started from Jan ending I asked them to cancel admission and also the loan but they said after disbursement can't cancel how can this be possible because the akshar fees team directly paid amount to imarticus learning I have not got any money they directly got and they can give the money back and pre close loan but they are not doing and saying you will have to pay the emi and we can hold course and they have mentioned about the refund I said I don't want refund but they are saying that the loan will not be cancelled and they have not mentioned anywhere about this policy they are Denying and no one is answering the calls at the time of admission they called me 6 times a day and now no one Is answering and they are saying that if you will not pay the loan we will take the legal actions so please help me as soon as possible
