Imarticus Learning — Non Response and Non refund of fee

I have registered for USA CMA course on 18 January
And i was paying in installment and total i have paid 15000.
I haven't got any study material as they promised will be delivered soon and i didn't join their single Online lectures.
I want my atleast 60-70% of the fee.
But they not allowing me.
And Not responding me to update about the status of my request to exit this course.
