Imarticus Learning — Refund not received

I am complaining about the refund I haven't received, So first my counsellor convinced me to pay the registration fees of 10000/- after that he is not responding to my calls and texts. As I was told by my counsellor Aditya Vidyarthi that I will get my refund back. If I donot opt for the course. I have taken a Data Science and analytics course and they put me into some different Machine learning and AI batch on the hatch orientation I got to know that this is a different course. So I decided to opt out from the course. But the institute is forcing me to take that course and also not refunding me my money. Now they are saying that the money is non refundable after taking the fees. This is not fair . I want my refund back. Kindly help.
