Imdependent Tv — connection not installed

My booking id is r70006883 on dated 25/11/18 i purchased new independent tv conmection. But today is 17/12/18 yet connection has not been taken place. I complaint this to customer care departement but they did not take it serious nd rude too. Whenever i try to call them now, they just tell me sir, it will take 4-5 days more, but there 4-5 days has not come yet. When i m purchasing they assured me that it will take maximum 6-7 days... Kindly look into this
