Not getting a refund on the situation

We bought a plan of 2000rs which promised us to give 1 year of free dth service but the service stopped within just 5 months. Neither did the company refunded the money nor did it gave any explanation....

Non Installation of service and Non refund of money

On[protected] I booked a Reliance Digital TV connection and the payment for 499 was successful. It was promised that the connection will be installed in 45 days. But neither the connection was installed nor was my money ever refunded. Please issue the refund at the earliest....

Refund my balance money

I'm complaining about I have paid 1year pack of the independent TV connection
