DTH services shut down.

dth services not working

Its been more than 2 months not getting services from independent tv. Recently in march or april only we got the same installed and paid rs.2500 to them but have not got services. Its only near about 1 month after installation we were able to view channels. Later on after a month only star and zee channels stop and inspite of calling unlimited times to customer care we got no response. I havent seen such a pathetic customer service which...

e87 filter is not enough

I am getting Error 6, E87 filter is not enough error from past 7 days. None of the channels are working. When ever I try to call customer care, it says busy. By luck if the call connects, customer care person says that it will be resolved in 24 or 48 hours. I have been waiting from past 7 days but no change. Will the channels work? Or do we need to take different connection? Any hopes that this problem will be resolved?...

poor service quality

Independent tv launched with a lot of hype but it became a bad choice for me. First, the yearly plan scrambled due to alteration in trai rules and they reduced channels to only a few hindi channels. Secondly, for the last few days, whole network collapsed and it is not working properly. I pity myself of changing my provider in hope of good services. I rate this zero....

hd channels are not visible on independent tv

Independent tv committed that hd channel will work i had bought independent tv box and pack in 2500rs for 1 year include 12-13 hd channel but they stop working after feb 6 then i connect with customer care and agent they have nothing to say and just saying that wait for till 10 march and hd channel will not work after trai rules but they committed so thats not fair
So they should have to. Refund the money or activate hd channel br...

      We bought a plan of 2000rs which promised us to give 1 year of free dth service but the service stopped within just 5 months. Neither did the company refunded the money nor did it gave any explanation.

              On[protected] I booked a Reliance Digital TV connection and the payment for 499 was successful. It was promised that the connection will be installed in 45 days. But neither the connection was installed nor was my money ever refunded. Please issue the refund at the earliest.
