Immigration Overseas — Fake assessment for migration to Canada

Hi, I was planning to migrate to Canada so I contacted immigration overseas. They assed my work experience, education, age and said under the express entry, I am eligible and will comfortably migrate to Canada and they have handled several cases like me. I paid them 35000 as a first installment to them, I spend additional 15000 for booking IELTS and arranging documents. My qualification was not accepted by Canadian government so my case got rejected. Now I am asking for refund from immigration overseas and they are not ready to refund. Initially they promised that your qualification wont be challenge. As they did fake promise, I want a strict action to be taken against them, also please help me to get my money back. Regards, Mohit Handa [protected]
